A most challenging project which converted an existing bank into a two Michelin star restaurant. The bank vault situated in the basement was removed to make way for a full commercial kitchen.

All associated HVAC systems were installed including:

  • Kitchen extract
  • Fresh air supply
  • Air conditioning
  • BMS control
  • Domestic Services

The Ground floor seating area was served by an air conditioning system discreetly integrated into the perimeter furniture.
